Collection matters
Commission on what is actually recovered, agreed in writing before we start. If we recover nothing, no commission is payable.

Fixed-fee services
Letters of demand and legal preparation are quoted up front so you can decide with the numbers in front of you.

Legal costs
Court filing fees and independent legal practitioners' fees are separate, disclosed before each step, and only incurred with your approval.
