Paying your account

Payment details for your account, including the reference to quote, are on the letter or message you received from us. Please use that reference so your payment is matched to the right account immediately.

Ways to pay

• Bank transfer using the account details and reference on your letter.
• Payment plan: call us to agree instalments that fit your situation.
• Online payments: card payments online are not available yet. Please pay by bank transfer using the details on your letter, or call us.

After you pay

We receipt the payment against your account and send written confirmation. If the account is paid in full, we confirm that no further contact will be made about it and notify the creditor the same day.
